The right filters. A defined schedule. A clear record.
Bring structure to filter replacement across your buildings with Guardian Filter Services.
LESS FOLLOW-UP. MORE CLARITY.
Different filter sizes. Different access rules. Different replacement dates. A consistent program starts by bringing those details together.
We begin with your equipment, locations and operating requirements, then define the supply, service schedule and reporting scope around them.
See the Guardian approach ↗THE SERVICE PROGRAM
From the first equipment inventory to the next scheduled visit, the details belong in the plan.
Confirm filter dimensions, quantities, equipment identifiers and access requirements before a replacement program is priced.
Request a site assessment ↗Define the approved filters, replacement intervals, access arrangements and work scope around each participating property.
Discuss recurring service ↗Agree on completion records, quantities and exceptions so your team knows what was addressed and what needs attention.
Explore a sample record ↗Filter replacement programs are scoped separately from HVAC diagnostics, repairs and emergency service. Technical requirements and safe access are reviewed before acceptance.
BUILT AROUND YOUR PORTFOLIO
Give your facilities team a consistent way to manage a recurring requirement.
Start with a building list. We review location fit, equipment details, service windows and procurement requirements before proposing a coordinated program.
Buildings · equipment · filters · access
Scope · intervals · pricing · records
Scheduling · communication · exceptions
Completion · changes · next service
Example format only. Actual record fields and supporting evidence are agreed during onboarding.
VISIBILITY THAT HAS A PURPOSE
Define the evidence your team needs before the first visit.
Equipment references, filter quantities, service notes and unresolved exceptions help turn a routine task into a reviewable record. Photo requirements and additional reporting can be evaluated with your program.
Discuss your reporting requirements ↗CHICAGO ROOTS. MIDWEST FOCUS.
Bring us your Chicago-area buildings or Midwest portfolio.
We evaluate service requests across Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Iowa, Minnesota and Missouri. Each location is reviewed for service capacity, equipment requirements and commercial fit.
A state listed here is an inquiry area, not a promise of blanket coverage. Availability is confirmed by ZIP code and written scope.
A SERIOUS APPROACH TO A ROUTINE REQUIREMENT
Filter selection starts with equipment compatibility, dimensions and agreed requirements. Changes belong in an approval conversation.
Access, responsibilities, service windows and exclusions are established before a location is accepted.
Share your onboarding, insurance, purchase-order and reporting requirements for account-specific review.
Technology supports coordination. Service commitments, technical decisions and commercial approvals remain with responsible people.

Requests are reviewed for location, scope and availability. Sending an inquiry does not book service or establish a contract.
BEFORE WE GET STARTED
Guardian is Chicago-based and welcomes commercial filter-service inquiries throughout the Midwest. Availability is confirmed for each ZIP code, equipment scope and schedule before a proposal is accepted.
Multi-site programs begin with a portfolio review. Send building locations, equipment information and purchasing requirements. We evaluate the requested footprint before proposing coverage.
Dimensions, equipment requirements, existing specifications and site conditions inform the program. Higher filtration efficiency is not automatically suitable for every system. Final specifications and intervals are agreed before service.
Share your vendor-onboarding, insurance, purchase-order, billing and documentation requirements. Acceptance and supporting documents are reviewed for the specific account. No certification or enterprise approval is implied by this website.
This site focuses on planned filter programs. Repairs, diagnostics, specialized access and emergency response are not included in a standard filter-service scope. Broader requirements can be directed to Guardian Facility Group for separate evaluation.
Pricing depends on filter quantities and specifications, equipment access, locations, service frequency and reporting requirements. We assess the scope before quoting, rather than publishing a price that may not fit your buildings.
